the terms of service. Read before commissioning.0. The Terms of service may change at any time, please keep this in mind. I may reject the commission without providing any reason.1. You may pay in USD or GBP. I only accept Paypal payments. If you wish to pay in PLN I also accept bank invoice or blik.2. Payment upfront or split in half, one part before I start and the other after a sketch is finished. The price may change depending on the difficulty of the commission.3. You cannot ask for a refund after the approval of a sketch, unless there were no progress checkups in at least three weeks without any provided reason.3.5 I will refund the full amount if I hadn’t already started, and will deduct the cost of art done if you should request a refund at any point past that.4. Do not revert the transfer without contacting me first, or you will be blacklisted. If for any reason I won't be able to complete the commission, I can partially refund it, depending on how much of the art was finished.5. Please stay in contact for the duration of commissioning and making the piece. In case of no responce, I will stop working on the piece until you write back.6. I will try to finish the commission within four weeks after I receive the payment (a more concrete turn around time can be given individualy, as it can vary), but it usually is a shorter period.7. If you need a fast, specific deadline the price of the commission may change.8. I will not change anything after it's been approved, unless if paid extra.9. I have no specific commission form, but please include a drawing (a reference sheet would be most ideal) or a text description of a character that you want me to draw.10. Share your vision! It helps me and will give you a more accurate representation of what you wanted to be drawn! Add pictures or descriptions, whichever you seem fit.11. Inform me if the commission is going to be used commercially. There will be extra fee.12. I don't accept commissions to be used for any AI, NFTs, ect.13. You cannot remove my watermark or edit the finished commission in any way.14. The commissions will usually be posted on my social media accounts, unless stated otherwise. You can link your social media if you wish for it to be included in the post.15. The rights to the commission belong to me.16. You can use the commission as a profile picture/banner with credit included.17. Inform me about the websites where you will be using the commission.18. Don't claim that the commission was drawn by you.19. Additional characters in the same piece cost +75% of the base price (excluding background price, if the commission has a background).
